Location: Rear of The Parade Central building, cnr The Parade and George Street (north-east corner).

Access: Enter via George Street

Capacity: Regular spaces: 300. Accessible spaces: 6

Time Limits:	To receive 1 hour free parking, you must have your docket validated by the Parade Central business you shopped with to receive the discount (Check individual store for details). Fees apply after free period. Refer to signage in the carpark for rates.

Webbe Street Car Park

Location: Parallel to The Parade, behind the Town Hall and Norwood Place (northern side) between Edward and George Streets.Webbe Street, behind Norwood Place

Access: One-way street – enter via Edward Street.

Capacity: Regular spaces 80. Accessible spaces 7

Time Limits:	Ground Level: Two hours Second Level: Some unrestricted parking. Please check signage.
Opening hours:	Sunday - Thursday: 6.00am - 12.00 midnight Friday: 6.00am - 1.00am (Saturday morning) Saturday: 6.00am - 1.00am (Sunday morning)
After hours release:	A fee of $71 (including GST) will apply for the release of vehicles from the car park when it is closed.

Norwood Place Car Park

Location: Webbe Street, behind Norwood Place

Access: One-way street – enter via Edward Street.

Capacity: Regular spaces: 352 Accessible spaces: 4

Time Limits:	For all Norwood Place shoppers the first two hours are free.
Opening hours:	Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 9.30pm Saturday: 7.30am – 5.30pm Sunday: 10.00am – 5.30pm
After hours release:	Please check signs.

Many businesses along The Parade provide customer car parks for their customers. If using these areas to park your vehicle please ensure that you "play fair" and visit the relevant retail outlet, restaurant or service provider.

Owners of some customer parking facilities charge a fee to use their facilities and you are encouraged to carefully read the terms and conditions prior to entering a customer car park. Additional fees and charges may apply if terms and conditions are not observed.

The most accessible and convenient parking options for those members of our community who carry a valid disability parking permit are located:

On-street accessible zones:

Location: George Street, Norwood adjacent to the Salvation Army shop.
Location: Woods Street, Norwood during football games.

Please note that all vehicles parking in accessible zones must have a current and valid disability parking permit clearly displayed on the vehicle dashboard.

Any vehicle found to be parked in a accessible zone without a valid disability parking permit clearly displayed (regardless of whether the driver or passenger holds a permit) may be issued with an Expiation Notice (fine) with a fee of $339.00.
